Shipping Policy
The majority of our frames are made-to-order, so average shipping time from the day you order until the frame arrives at your door is approximately 10 business days. We offer expedited shipping on some, but not all frames. If you need a frame quickly, please contact customer service to arrange for expedited shipping.   Shipping to and from My Barnwood Frames is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
 
Return Policy
My Barnwood Frames is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our customer service department at 888-OLD-BARN to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • If you item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately (888-653-2276).  You must retain all packaging materials so that the shipment can be returned, and a claim can be filed with the shipping contractor.
  • Shipping expense is non-refundable* except in cases of damaged or defective merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee for returns of custom-size frames. 
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
