Down To The Wire

Western Wildlife Art - Down to the Wire

Artist Clark Kelley Price is the creator of this western wildlife art print entitled, "Down to the Wire." Featuring a mounted cowboy who is working to free an elk caught in a barbed wire fence, the print features a snow-dusted mountain meadow with towering peaks in the background and a rosy sunrise sky. Framed in wood with a dark matting.

Clark Kelley Price is an award-winning artist who has pioneering in his blood. A descendent of survivors of the Martin Handcart Company who survived a difficult trip across the plains and eventually helped settle the American West, Price has loved drawing since his childhood. He was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Currently a resident of Star Valley, Wyoming, Price paints a variety of western and religious art. With paintings set in idyllic locations like Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park, or the Grand Tetons, Price's colorful depictions of cowboys, Native Americans, and pioneer and religious themes are beloved the world over.

Available in both 24x30 and 16x20 print sizes, "Down to the Wire" features a 3-inch double matting with a v-groove and brass title plate. Matting and print are sealed with an acid-free sealant to protect the print for generations to come.
